Applicants can apply with a qualifying guarantor, or they may be able to qualify through other approved options if they do not have one. For applicants using a guarantor, the guarantor must be at least 25 years old and have a U.S. Social Security Number. The leasing team can explain the available approval options in more detail during the application process.
Residents can pay their monthly installments through the online resident portal. Billing statements are sent by email with a link to the portal, where payments can be made throughout the lease term.
